InfoQuest provides 24×7×365 technical support to ensure your hosting and datacenter services run smoothly. All support requests are managed through our secure Customer Portal, where each ticket receives a unique tracking number for reference. Our technicians review and respond to tickets around the clock, prioritizing issues based on severity and service impact.
Requesting Support
For the fastest response, please log in to the InfoQuest Customer Portal and open a support ticket. Include as much detail as possible about your issue to help our technicians diagnose and resolve it quickly. You will receive an automated confirmation with your ticket number and status updates as progress is made.
Datacenter Colocation
Colocation customers have a dedicated after-hours support number for immediate datacenter access or emergency assistance. During regular business hours, please email support@infoquest.com to schedule or confirm access requests. All visits to the datacenter require prior authorization for security and compliance purposes.
On-Demand Professional Services
