General Support Guidelines

InfoQuest technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.  This includes business hours, non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.

InfoQuest will only provide support to the person authorized as the primary account contact for the service provided by InfoQuest.

Requesting Support

To request support, please login to the InfoQuest Customer Control Panel and open a support ticket.  Support tickets are assigned a unique number used to track your request.  A support technician will receive your request 24x7x365 and reply as soon as they have diagnosed your request.

Datacenter Colocation

Datacenter colocation customers have a dedicated support number to call after business hours for immediate datacenter access.  During business hours, please send an email to support@infoquest.com to inform us of any access requests.

Professional Services

Professional Services are for that time when you need help that goes beyond our usually provided free support.  Additional information on Professional Services can be found on the Professional Services page.
